Yay! Talked to the doctor's office yesterday and the police this morning. The doctor has a notary friend around the corner from her office, and the police have a notary on site AND know what letter I'm talking about! Now if my two friends get their letters done, my dossier will be ready! Of course, African Adoption Services has to read my home study and let me know if Julie from Somewhere Home needs to make any changes, but I'm really close now!
